Sasmita supports Niyamma’s social media and community outreach initiatives, helping share mental health resources and create conversations that make therapy feel more accessible and less stigmatized.

With a background in psychology and experience supporting individuals across community and care settings, Sasmita brings a thoughtful and compassionate perspective to the work she does. 

She is currently a candidate in the Mental Health & Addictions Worker program, further strengthening her understanding of mental health care and community-based support.

At Niyamma, Sasmita helps translate meaningful mental health insights into content that connects with the community and encourages people to seek support when they need it.
