Couples therapy is a place where couples can talk through problems and conflicts, in a safe environment. Both partners are able to speak openly, and develop communication skills which allow for each to hear the other person’s point of view without getting triggered. The goal of general couples therapy is to help the couple find common ground and end up in a stronger position to move forward together in the relationship.

The Gottman Method : The Gottman method is an evidence-based form of couple's therapy that is rooted in psychological research. Goals may include increasing closeness and friendship behaviors, addressing conflict productively, and building a life of shared meaning together.
EFT: Emotion Focused Therapy: Emotionally Focused Therapy: It can help couples, and families resolve emotional and relationship issues. EFT is based on the idea that emotions are linked to identity and influence cognition and behavior. Goals may include developing emotional intelligence, building secure relationships, understanding the origin of emotions, managing thoughts/behaviours/interactions, accessing new emotions to change old ones,and creating new narratives about said emotions.

Addiction Counselling helps the client overcome challenges so that they are able to attain the goals which they have set for themselves.
Behavioral therapies help individuals engage in their substance abuse programs by modifying their attitudes and behaviors regarding drug abuse, providing incentives for them to stay sober, and increasing their life skills so they can deal with challenging situations, triggers, and cravings.

Niyamma Therapy offers wellness services such as Reiki , Tarot Reading and Nervous System regulation.
Reiki - Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
